Students Who Are Going To Graduate At The End of 2023 Spring Semester!

Dear Students,

Attention: Students who are going to graduate at the end of 2023 Spring Semester!

Graduation candidates are required to fulfill the graduation conditions of receiving a passing grade in all courses taken end of the Spring Semester and receiving a minimum GPA of 2.00 (for undergraduate programs), or 3.00 (for graduate programs without thesis) — including curriculum courses and curriculum credits. Roster of the undergraduate and graduate (without thesis) students expected to graduate has been published on the Registrar’s Office webpage. You had better check your name in case it may not be included for any reason.

In order to receive their diplomas, students who meet the graduation requirements must have fulfilled their obligations to the university (tuition fee, library, dormitory, etc.)

Students can review their tuition fee debt information through the "Account Balance" application on the student portal, their library borrowings through the Library Automation System, and their dormitory debt information from the Dormitory Management. In case there are outstanding debts, students are required to pay it off and then apply to the related unit to have it deleted on the system.

Students Who Can Attend The Ceremony

Graduation ceremony will take place on 09 July 2023 and the following student groups are to attend the Ceremony:

(The names of these students will also be included in the graduation ceremony booklet.)

 

              2022-2023 Academic Year Fall Semester Graduates,

2022-2023 Academic Year Spring Semester Undergraduate Graduates,

             Students who are in the 4th year of the 2022-2023 Academic Year Spring Semester and are not graduated,

Graduates of the graduate programs in the Spring semester of the Academic Year 2022/2023 and graduate students who are about to attend thesis defense until September 2023
