Article 8 of the Regulation on the Rules and Procedures to Follow When Providing Public Services, published in the Official Gazette No. 27305, dated July 31st, 2009 stipulates that “… in cases when the original copy of a required document has been submitted, the photocopy of the document can be reviewed and authenticated by an authorized person, putting their name and title on it…” This process is to be performed by the related officer of the institution which requested the document.

  • True copy authentication can be made for TED University Diploma, and documents attached to the Diploma.
  • A fee is to be charged for true copy authentication payable to the Department of Financial Affairs. Click here for the rates
  • No true copy authentication by TED University is available for documents other than mentioned above 
    If needed, authentication can be certified by the institution which has issued the original document.

What are the documents required for true copy authentication?

Diploma and diploma attachments; both the original and photocopy of the documents must be submitted for true copy authentication. No authentication will be available when the original document is not present.
