Online De-Registration
Students (except graduates) can use the “De-Registration” application on TEDU Student Portal to de-register from the university.
Students in Debt
Students who wish to de-register from the university for any reason (graduation, lateral transfer, own request, etc.) should fulfill their financial liabilities (tuition, dormitory, library debts, etc.) and complete the de-registration process in order to receive their diplomas, or other documents in their names.
Students can check their debt information through the “Account Balance” application on TEDU Student Portal, through Library Automation System for library debts and through the Dormitory Management for dormitory debts. If any debt exists, student should reimburse the necessary amount in the respective unit and clear the debt on the system.
Students Attending to Double Major/Minor Degree Programs
Students who have graduated from their major and wish to continue their double major/minor degree programs shall only de-register from their major departments on the portal. After completing their double major/minor degree programs they shall repeat de-registration procedures from these programs separately.
Updating Contact Information
Current contact information (residence address and phone number, etc.) can be found through “My Profile” application on TEDU Student Portal. It is important that this information should be kept up-to-date. You can update your contact information on MyTedu Portal through the Communication Data tab at My Profile application which can be found under Students Services menu.
Forfeiting Student Rights
Students who receive an associate degree diploma and de-register from their departments before fulfilling graduation requirements forfeit all student rights at the university and cannot re-register to the same program again to complete their education.
TEDU Student Cards
Disenrolled students due to graduation must not submit their student IDs.
Students who cancel their registration would submit their ID cards to the Registrar's Office.
