E-state www.turkiye.gov.tr/yuksekogretim-kurulu-transkript-belgesi-sorgulama address.This document is signed electronically and considered valid. The respective institutions can verify its validity by means of the barcode number. You can receive your e-state password by applying to PTT directorates with your identity card. You will not need to come to the university in order to obtain your certificate since the e-state procedures are simple and rapid.
STUDENTS IN REGISTERED OR NON-REGISTERED STATUS
Up to 10 documents are free of charge for the registered students per semester. After 10 documents, a fee is to be charged for the next 10 documents payable to the Department of Financial Affairs. Click here for the rates
