The graduation date for undergraduate programs and non-thesis graduate programs is the announcement date of the relevant semester grades; and it is the thesis defense date for graduate programs with thesis and PhD programs.
Student certificate requests will not be processed after the date of graduation.
- In order to receive their diplomas, students who meet the graduation requirements must have fulfilled their obligations to the university (tuition fee, library, dormitory, etc.)
Students can review their tuition fee debt information through the "Account Balance"application on the student portal, their library borrowings through the Library Automation System, and their dormitory debt information from the Dormitory Management. In case there are outstanding debts, students are required to pay it off and then apply to the related unit to have it deleted on the system.
- It is essential that the contact information (address, telephone) is to be kept up-to-date so that the alumni can be reached when needed. Students can update their contact information from the “Communication Data” tab at “My Profile” under Student Services on MyTedu Portal.

For International Students;
a)Students who have not submitted theirHigh School Equivalency Certificateto the Student Affairs Office during the enrollment process are required to submit the equivalency certificate in order to complete their graduation procedures.
b)Except for students with dual nationality and blue card holders, one of whose nationality is Turkish Republic, Turkey Graduates Information Form must also be completed.
- In order to meet the graduation requirement, they are required to create a membership on the“Alumni Portal – Turkey”and fill out the form.

Otherwise, your graduation procedures will not be completed at the graduation process and your diplomas will not be issued.
