GRADUATION PROCEDURES
In order to receive their graduation certificates, our students must complete their registration deregistration from the portal between 23-25 June 2021. Click for detailed information.
STUDENTS WITH TUITION FEES DEBTS
Some of our students may have submitted a petition and received approval to pay their tuition fee in installments, but may not have paid their installments. These students are in debt. These students are required to pay their debts by contacting the Financial Affairs Directorate the week before the ceremony. Otherwise, they will not be able to receive their diplomas.
STUDENTS WHO CAN ATTEND THE CEREMONY
The following student groups will be able to attend the graduation ceremony. The names of these students will also be included in the graduation ceremony booklet.
2019-2020 Academic Year graduates,
2020-2021 Academic Year Fall Semester graduates,
2020-2021 Academic Year Spring semester graduates of undergraduate programs and 4th year students,
Graduates of graduate programs in the Spring semester of the 2020-2021 Academic Year and graduate students who have to enter the jury by September 2021.
CEREMONY PARTICIPATION SURVEY
Candidates who will attend the ceremony must fill out the survey sent by the Social and Cultural Affairs Directorate. Students who do not fill out the survey will not be able to attend the ceremony.
In accordance with the pandemic restrictions and the instructions of the Ministry of Health, the number of guests you can bring to the graduation ceremony will be 4 people for 2019 - 2020 Graduates and 3 people for 2020 - 2021 Graduates.
PROGRAM WINNERS
Candidates for program top honors must contact the Registrar's Office after their final grades are announced.
Program winners are determined as of the Graduation Ceremony date. There will be no change in grades for students who have a valid excuse but have an I (Incomplete) or similar grade and who will graduate after the ceremony.
ACADEMIC CLOTHING
Faculty members and students will attend the Graduation Ceremony in academic attire. Academic uniforms will be collected from the Social and Cultural Affairs Directorate and returned after the ceremony. Those without academic uniforms will not be allowed to enter the ceremony area.
CEREMONY SEATING ARRANGEMENT
In order for the ceremony to be carried out in an orderly manner, our graduates are expected to remain seated after entering the field and taking their seats.
PHOTO SHOOT
Photographs of all graduates will be taken one by one while receiving their participation certificates on the ceremony platform. For this reason, once you enter the field and take your seat, the seating arrangement will not be disturbed for the purpose of taking photographs.
DISTRIBUTION OF DIPLOMAS
Diplomas will be held between 12-14 July 2021 (between 10:00-17:00, -12:00-13:00 at noon-) pandemic health
It will be given at the Registrar's Office, provided that the rules are followed.
STUDENT CERTIFICATE
For undergraduate programs and non-thesis master's programs, the graduation date is the announcement date of the relevant semester grades, and for master's programs with thesis, the date of the thesis exam jury. A student certificate is not issued after the graduation date.
ALUMNI ASSOCIATION:
If they wish, our graduates can prepare the documents specified in the link below and deliver them to the TEDU Alumni Association desk (in the TEDU D Block Foyer Area) on 12-14 July 2021 and complete their membership applications.
