Dear Alumni,
For those who will receive their diplomas between 6-10 July 2020, based on the opinion of the Pandemic Committee and the health and safety measures implemented, we also provide your information with the following:
- Entrance for our graduates will be made through the Ziya Gökalp gate. Wearing a mask is mandatory.
- A waiting area has been created at the entrances.
- Each graduate will be directed to the diploma area at the time of appointment. Therefore, you must be in the waiting area at least 10 minutes before your appointment time.
- Entry will not be allowed outside of the appointment time. Those who miss their appointment within the specified date and time will be able to make an appointment for another day through the relevant system.
- Diplomas can only be delivered to our graduates or first-degree family members with your signed petition stating that they can receive the diploma/documents on your behalf and a photocopy of the family member's ID card (mother, father, sibling). Apart from these, it can also be delivered to people who have been given a notarized power of attorney.
- You must exit the campus after completing the Diploma Receipt - Alumni Association Registration - Robe Receipt - Photo Shoot phases.
- As per the plan, a maximum of 3 graduates can be in the field, so there will be no locker emptying, teacher visits, etc. You should not stay on campus for any other transactions such as: After each exit, the next graduate will be allowed to enter.
- No one other than our graduates whose names are on the list will be admitted to the campus for any procedure.
- Photo shoots will be done one by one. Group photography will not be possible.
- Except for 6-10 July 2020, no photography will be possible until the day of the ceremony.
- For those who cannot receive their diplomas between 6-10 July 2020, they can contact the Registrar's Office and receive their diplomas from the ÖİM office by appointment.
