Applications for the Academic Amnesty Law No.7417
Application and Registration:
Those who apply until 17:00 on 16 September 2022 and pay the tuition fee until 23.09.2022 will start classes in the Fall Semester 2022/2023.
Those who apply between 19 September and 7 November 2022 and pay the tuition fee between 2-13 January 2023 will start classes in the Spring Semester 2022/2023.
Applications will be made to the Registrar's Office in person or by the person who has been given a power of attorney via notary.
Applications submitted via mail will not be processed.
Deadline for application is 7 November 2022.

Application for Undergraduate Programs:
- Application form
- Transcript (to be issued by the Registrar’s Office during application)
- Transcript(s) showing all the educational status of the student (if any, previous education, currently registered, left or graduated) in other higher education institutions until the date of enactment of the law; as well as the printout(s) of contents of the courses in the transcripts (can be obtained through the e-Government Gatewayor official document with esignature/verification code)
- Documents containing ÖSYS results and scores for the relevant year in which the student is/will be registered (Click for access to ÖSYM Candidate Transactions System)
- A certificate proving that you have studied English preparatory school (pdf document with e-signature and/or verification code, documents that are not e-signed will not be accepted) or a foreign language document with national and international validity that meets the exemption requirements of TED University English Preparatory School Regulations (to be approved by the English Language School of TEDU.)

- 2 passport photos
- Photocopy of the Turkish Republic ID card
- Criminal record certificate to be obtained via e-Government

* English language preparation requirement will not be sought for students who have taken courses from their department at TEDU before.
Application for Graduate Programs:
- Application Form
- Diploma (Undergraduate, PhD, Graduate) or graduation certificate to be obtained via eGovernment (https://www.turkiye.gov.tr/milli-egitim-lise-mezuniyet-belgesi-sorgulama)
- The printout of the ALES score of the relevant year submitted to the programs which require ALES score
- Transcript (to be obtained via eGovernment) or an official certificate with e-signature / verification code)
- English Proficiency Certificate – YDS, YÖKDİL, TOEFL or IELTS of the relevant year for the programs which require language proficiency
- 2 passport photos
- Photocopy of the Turkish Republic ID card
- Criminal record certificate to be obtained via e-Government
