STUDENTS WHO CAN ATTEND THE CEREMONY
The following student groups are to attend the Graduation Ceremony:
(The names of these students will also be included in the graduation ceremony booklet.)
- Graduates of the Fall Semester of the Academic Year 2021/2022,
- Undergraduate graduates of the Spring Semester of the Academic Year 2021/2022,
- 4th year students in the Spring Semester of the Academic Year 2021/2022 but are not about to graduate,
- Graduates of the graduate programs in the Spring semester of the Academic Year 2021/2022 and graduate students who are about to attend thesis defense until September 2022,
TOP-RANKED STUDENTS
Candidates for the first place in each program must contact the Registrar's Office after the semester grades have been announced.
The top-ranked students of the programs are determined before the Graduation Ceremony. No changes in the ranking will be possible for those students with a grade I (Incomplete) with a valid excuse, etc. or for those who will graduate after the ceremony.
DISTRIBUTION OF DIPLOMAS
Diplomas will be awarded between June 27 and July 01, 2022 (10:00-12:00 / 13:00-17:00) in A blok no 122 class (A122)
STUDENT CERTIFICATE
The graduation date is the announcement date of the relevant semester grades for undergraduate programs and non-thesis graduate programs; and it is the thesis defense date for graduate programs with thesis. A student certificate cannot be issued after the graduation date.
